The only story that was fleshed out to a large degree beforehand was the one that later became the Foxy Filler. Inspired by Billy Joel's song "Piano Man," it tells of a musician who makes a living singing cover songs in a bar. As he becomes successful and goes on tour, he remains true to his roots by playing three cover songs alone in the middle of his concerts that relate to the concert location.
